Maggie - Director/ Administrator
Hello Families and Students!
My name is Maggie Ollmann, the Center Director at Young Blessings. Being chosen for this role to help guide and lead this amazing program is an answer to a prayer. I grew up in the Waupaca area and attended Weyauwega Fremont Schools. After high school, I graduated with a degree in Education and English as a Second Language from Edgewood College. After college, I was blessed to teach in many different classrooms. I taught all ages from infants to age of 21. I was able to discern what age children brings me the most joy. The experiences I had taught me many lessons, and I hope to share them with others at the center. I look forward to working and growing with all of you and your families.

I love working in child care because I enjoy helping children learn and grow every day. Watching them reach new milestones and feel proud of themselves is incredibly rewarding. As a mother of two, I understand the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and happy. Building strong relationships with the children and their families is very meaningful to me. Knowing I can make a positive difference in a child’s early years truly makes my heart happy.
Madison - Teacher AssistantWorking in early childhood is meaningful to me because I love being able to see children learn and grow over the years they are here. It’s amazing to watch them become more independent and develop their own little personalities. Being part of their daily experiences and helping them feel confident as they explore and learn is truly fulfilling. I enjoy seeing how proud they feel when they accomplish something on their own. Those small, everyday moments are what make working with children so special. What I like about Young Blessings is the themes and the lesson structures of each day! I also love how the focus is learning through play and how we foster creativity and social skills in and outside the classroom! I also love how the center itself is set up, with different areas for learning and play! Keira - Summer Assistant Teacher My name is Keira. I’m going to college at UWO and I’m studying social work and psychology, I also participate on the swim and dive team at college. I like working with young children because they are fun, curious, and always learning new things. I enjoy helping them grow, feel supported, and become more confident. It makes me happy to know I can be a positive role model in their lives. My career goals are to finish college and then at some point go back and get my masters degree in psychology because I want to become a children’s psychologist |
