Young Blessings is a state licensed non-profit group child care center housed within Peace Lutheran Church. We've grown from a small preschool program to include full day child care to meet the needs of the community. Our preschool class is part of your child's day during the school year from Sept-May. Preschool class only is still available for families that wish to choose the morning only option.
Our daily schedule is structured so that children feel comfortable and relaxed. The lesson plans include free choices/play, story time and discussion, math, art, music, science and also small/large muscle activities and games.
Our program has been developed to promote the social, emotional and physical development of each child. We believe each child is a unique individual, and gear our activities so that each child is interested and challenged at their individual level.
Our early childhood education program is a setting in which your child is welcomed into a larger Christian community. We will help your child develop positive attitudes toward self, others and God.
